Sheraton Ontario Airport Hotel

Kudos to the Sheraton hotel that allowed to me to place my broken down car in their parking lot so I can still enjoy Creepiecon on the Friday of the event. Then allowed me to tow my broken down car back home without any issues.

Stayed the night before an early flight. Booked with points. The whole exchange was easy. We were wary greeted on arrival, and check-in was easy. Parking was free and easy as well. The rooms were spacious and clean, and everything worked. My only note would be that there wasn’t a n outlet in between the beds, which I like for plugging in my chargers. Otherwise, everything was great. Proximity to the airport was great, in-n-out is across the street too, always a plus!

I can only speak on the room I was put in: It was badly in need of a deep cleaning. If you have asthma or other respiratory issues, OR do not want to get any, do not stay on the 2nd floor. There was an air purifier in the room already upon arrival, but not even it can save you and yours from the horrible air quality of that room. The lobby area and lounge were fine though.

Michael was awesome — greeted us with a genuine smile and was incredibly kind from the moment we walked in. Without even asking, he offered to help with our bags and made sure we had everything we needed. You don't always get that level of friendliness at hotels, so it really stood out. Great stay overall, but Michael's hospitality made it even better. Appreciate people like him!

Five-Star Service in a “3-Star” hotel. We came because of the location but were blown-away by the service. Just one example: we were working at a conference and needed to transport 8 large boxes to the convention center. The front desk jumped right in and took us and our boxes by shuttle. The hotel and dining staff have a similar, obvious commitment to putting the customer first. The onset restaurant is delicious AND affordable. For example, a ham and cheese omelette was $7.99. Coffee, water, and simple pastries are complimentary in the morning. There is an adequate workout area. One machine was awaiting service. There is also a small yoga room, but it was not air conditioned and too hot to use. The rooms could use some basic upgrades to modernize the experience, but the excellent service more than made up for it.

The staff are super nice and professional. The rooms are old even though they seem to be recently renovocated. The view of the SGV mountain is magnificient. It's very close to the airport and metrolink stations. Lounges serve breakfast and light dinner, so it's not bad for high level members. I redeemed 80k for 5 day 4 nights so I thought it was a deal.

Spacious, remodeled rooms. Very comfortable. The staff in the lobby and restaurant were exceptional. The only thing that needs improvement is the beds. They are very uncomfortable.

Dated hotel Yes Clean and Great Staff YES And the hotel’s rooms are very clean Really impressive on how everything is taken care of despite its age. When I come back to this region for work this will be my hotel.
